I lost my job because of my SEIV addition. It was so bad that I would call in sick and stay home and play all day, then stay up all night and play, and then call in stick and start the cycle over again. eventually my body could not handle the schedule and slipped into coma for a month. My employer, unable to contact me, assumed I had kicked off so they let me go to avoid paying the insurance. When I came too, I contacted them and told them I was an addict and needed help.
