Done both (Although I can't quite remember if I actually opened the cd - I went through the same steps that installed it with our old cd, but it didn't work.

The windows backup thing. It's named 'Backup'. I'm being as helpfull as I can, except to say that it's supposed to be under 'Start Menu' - 'All Programs' - 'Accessories' - 'System Tools' and it isn't.

I wouldn't mess with Windows Backup. I have tried to use it with only limited success. Your better off using something like Ghost & make an image of the whole drive.
By the way, you can make a manual dual boot with 2 harddrive while controlling your HD jumpers with a DPDT switch. But when you can do it with the software, why do it. |
