The only race I fear.
The only one I hate with a passion.
The only one who I know will dominate if left to do so.

The Space Vikings.

Everyone else I can deal with on even terms, but I have been wiped out by the Space Vikings so many times I've lost count.
I've seen them jump from 3rd place to 1st place a few times.
I've had them go from a trade and research treaty to "Hello, now you die" mode many times in one turn.

They are relentless. Kill them quickly.

Everytime I come accross them I think of the addage, "Diplomacy is saying 'nice doggy' while you look for a big rock'"

Its a race to find a big enough rock before its too late...

Could these be reatted in a SEIV rating format. Their score would be low compared to humans, but correct relitive to each other.
