I know it doesn't work, but I have never seen SE4 refuse to load Components.txt due to a negative value on such an ability.

Banks (and the storage-only Vault Complex) provide decent amounts of storage, but the thing is I don't want people to be able to store Credits by the tens of thousands in the early game. Credits are rare, and they should stay that way. There's a reason why Banks and Vaults are so expensive.
