Endo is right. Glamour assigns 25 stealth to a unit.

Actually, it doesn't do this either. You can have a unit with Glamour but without Stealth. If a unit has Glamour AND Stealth, it gets +25 Stealth, but if the unit doesn't have Stealth, Glamour doesn't grant it.

That is what I meant. I should have worded it better. I just meant it gets the value added to the existing stealth.

It is worth noting as well if you assign a unit something like #stealthy 5, it is added to the glamour, it does not override it. Therefore you would end up with 30 stealth etc etc.

I found this out the hard way working on the Haida Gwaii mod, My initial coyote mother had something like 35 stealth http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/wink.gif

Actually, glamour adds precisely 0 to existing stealth, but for thematic reasons all glamour units that do have stealth have been assigned a +25 modifier. The mechanics haven't changed much from Dom2, afaik, and that game had glmaour units with stealth 0, like the Mother of Tuathas, which has since been fixed.

Strange. I'm pretty sure I couldn't do a glamorous unit with Stealth less than 25 when I last tried it. It was probably the Anansi mod.

I'll take your word for that then. You have more experience modding things than I do, so apparently they did change the mechanics a bit. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif

"Gofannon" was the Welsh god of smithing. In Ireland he was named "Goibhniu", and in Gaul he was "Gobannon".
