Re: Humans. Stomp. *crunch crunch*
Many wishes for power are indeed what made him into his current army destroying self although he already is my prophet(which is why he is blessed in the picture despite being out of combat).

Re: Humans. Stomp. *crunch crunch*
Now how the hell is he NOT in the Hall of Fame!?

Well yeah, but that's cheating. At least for purposes of geeky SC-sharing.

Hmm, that is actually shameless!
Now you have spoilt it for every one else http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif |
Re: Humans. Stomp. *crunch crunch*
I think the next step for me, as NT said, it to mod/map edit some-one into an unstoppable SC of doom(or just remove those 2 blood spells and petrify http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif).

Re: Humans. Stomp. *crunch crunch*
Even if you remove Petrify and the 2 blood spells, your SC still looks like it would lose to an army of banshees. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif
Edit: No, wait. Does Phoenix Pyre protect vs. Soul Slay? Maybe even the banshees wouldn't work. -Max |

An army of banshees? http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/image...es/redface.gif
Probably cheaper to spam life-draining banners, actually, and the banners don't need to beat either defense or MR. Against that sort of viciousness, well, that's when you want Blood Vengeance. :p |
Re: Humans. Stomp. *crunch crunch*
Hmmm. The Seraph appears to have spent about 2000 pearls on Wishes, which would buy 50 banners or so (assuming 50% losses from alchemizing but also dwarven hammers). Assuming the banners are given to mages (MR ~15) and not just normal commanders, I doubt even Blood Vengeance could save you. (It'll block maybe 35% of the 700 points of damage per round.)
However. Doesn't Phoenix Pyre bring you back at full hit points? With a reinvigoration of 22 and 1300 hit points, I'm not at all sure the Seraph wouldn't survive. Maybe if all the mages had a D9 bless... Edit: No, wait, I know. Just hit him with a few Magma Eruptions first. The smoke clouds it leaves behind always increase fatigue significantly. It's possible that heat resistance prevents that, though; must test. Failing that, use Sleep or its equivalent. Anything that increases fatigue, in order to combat Phoenix Pyre. I'm quite impressed that it's so hard to come up with (non-blood) ways to kill this guy off. -Max |
Re: Humans. Stomp. *crunch crunch*
Stream of life?
Edit: Hmm, maybe its MR |
