Erm, lads, bit of a problem (which I put down tentatively to my newbishness)

I connected to the game just then, uploaded a pretender, then re-entered and started the game. I didn't see any other players there, but thought that might be normal so I entered the game and played my first turn. I didn't see any other pretender gods in the info screens and got a little worried, and, sure enough, I was able to play the next turn and I was declared the winner (and also had a rather nice +1500 gold event btw http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/laugh.gif ).

My first MP game ending in comprehensive victory, I'm so happy! http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/wink.gif

But really, what happened?

I'm really sorry everyone, I've just started MPing with this and one other game, and I didn't think it would be possible for me to start the game on my own (because I didn't organise it), and I also assumed that since the other two players had already uploaded pretenders that everything would somehow work out ok! http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/smirk.gif
