Here be the 4-view of T-72 early model, you'll notice it's pretty close in fact. Atleast IMO.

Btw the APG T-72 seems to be a M1, a tad different turret shape to the original T-72...

Just curious, is the T-72 going to be altered for the fall patch? It would look really sharp:) and it would only take "one pixel":D

I don't see much of a problem with current T-72 icons turret shape. It does have an egg shape, as you can see in these blueprints.

Am I going crazy or am I the only one that doesn't see a resemblance between the turret of the T-72 and an egg?

Well, it's there... After all almost every vehicle recognition gude I saw mentions "egg-shaped turret" as a recognition points for IS-3, T-54-55, T-62 and early T-72 :)

Andrew, you are really starting to annoy me. ONE PIXEL too long is barely noticable at the scale we are working with... ( i.e you'll never notice the difference even if I did change it)... and you have been provided with info from a number of people saying there is nothing fundamentaly wrong with what is represented now and I am NOT tearing SHP files apart altering dozens of turrets for anyone including you over that. And I said "a case could be made ..." .....a case could be made that it's just fine the way it is as well. "A case could be made ......" that you need to start spending more time on your courses at Thomas Nelson Community College.

Well, T-62 turret is pretty much a circle for all practical purposes.
