One (last?) question for you :

I used army of gold, but the shock resistance of my troops has dropped to -75% (even though this is not in the description).

Does army of Lead has the same effect? Because I'm fighting a nation with air and astral magic, and no fire magic.

Same effect, yes. Which is noted in the description in the book, in fact.
