great - so no need for other patches - from vanilla Xtended version - right?

That is the whole point of a consolidation patch.

All the previous incremental patches are obsoleted by being rolled up into the one consolidation patch. That's why they are no longer available for download.

(Naturally - there will be a few more new incremental patches coming along this year and the next few, till we decide that yet another consolidation is necessary.)

Love what you made out of this game - thanks a lot!

Now a very important request - please remove the German swastika symbol from the game with a patch - as it is illegal in many countries - as well as mine- and I could get punished just for having it on my PC - thanks again!

There are instructions with the game on how to change that

Go to the Graphics folder. You will need the "German Cross" sub folder.

**COPY** the three .SHP files found in this folder ( WinSPWW2\Game Data\Graphics\German Cross )
into the \WinSPWW2\Game Data\Graphics folder and the Swastika will be replaced
by a plain cross in the game.

If you wish to RESTORE the historic German Swastika Flag once again copy ( not move! )
the files from the folder WinSPWW2\Game Data\Graphics\Swastika Flags to
\WinSPWW2\Game Data\Graphics and this will restore the historic German Flag used in WW2

PLEASE REMEMBER: Do NOT "move" these files. Copy them only.

Thanks as always Mobhack. You and DRG really keep this great game on the up-and-up.

One observation on installation: the DL version (1.1) of the game itself is set to install in the programs folder of C-drive, while the consolidated patch is only directed to C-drive (outside the programs folder).

Digitally challenged as I am, it took awhile to realize that you have to direct them to the same folder :re:. Anyway all's well that ends well, and everything's fine now. Cheerio!:up:
