Let's wait a couple of days if we can jimbojones1971. The reason I picked 12 players is it gives everyone roughly equal number of provinces (while giving the water nation a couple of more since they won't be able to expand beyond indeps as easily).

Even though we have an R'lyeh, I guess LA Atlantis is technically a land nation so that makes 12. If no one has any objections, I'll create the game soon.

OK game created. I also added Streamers & Standards v3.1 in the game because the flags look prettier (has no effect to the game).
