These names can be seen in the .exe with a hex editor, they begin at offset 001a2fc4

Hopefully in SEV we will have the bonus installed like it was meant to be. That would be awesome. But somehow disable it for PBW as it would be a major exploit. I guess against the AI it would be too. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon9.gif

If race age was not saved with the empire file, it would not be exploitable like that. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif
