Capnq... what I said to do was go to the mods/scenarios section, hit add new topic/add reply, then click on the Upload File form. Then, upload the file, and copy the URL. Then, come back here and paste the URL of the file in the post here. The only point of going to the mods section at all is so that you can upload the file.
