I was not trying to provoke you Vaughn. I was curious as to what prohosting did that got so many people mad at them, nothing more. You are reading too much into this...

Why don’t you guys pass on the econo hosting and just put a forum up on one of your systems? Anyone with a cable connection can host it. Lots of PHP stuff around and Apachie is free. Or you can do it with ASP and run it right out of an XP box.
