The intel problem has been fixed in 1.8 But here is the file that corrects that.

Just save as IntelProjects in the AST / DATA folder. Yes to overwrite and she be fixed.

It should not effect the game.

I am working on the Intel bug, but there is little hope and I may have to pull the Destroy Planet WMD project from the list. The Romulans blew up my HW and I had massive intel already established. The Counter Intel bonus does not work. A shame as it would make a great facility.

Just visited the AST site and read that Atrocities is no longer involved into the Star Trek MOD. I just wanted to say here:

CNC is correct, I am not working on the AST mod any more, but he is, has been. I am working on, ever so slowly, making neo standard sets for as many of the star trek races as I can. I had hoped to keep that under raps, but CNC let the cat out of the bag.

I am finishing up other races that I had started but never finished, and have even agreed to try an make one or two "special" races. I sledmon if eer play SEIV any more, but I do enjoy reading the forums and playing the few PBW games I am in.
