That should cover everyone in the Scandinavian team (Max 8 images per post allowed).

But, actually, this flag:
http://w1.318.telia.com/~u31811999/flaggor/ork_1.gif
was for a time the same for almost all of the scandinavian territory, so it will be good enough I belive.

Re: not a SEIV Olympics thread anymore

I think pablo didnt understood the idea of se olimpics. And as far as i understand it is a load of a job to organise it.
I think this should be done like this:
there should be a web page
with registration, that has a choise of a country (team) to belong to.
There should be one person responsible for setting deadlines, defining rules and choosing teams to play against each other. Of course this could be done in a matter of discussion, but it would take much more time.
And there should allso be some summarisation of results for each game, with winners and http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon12.gif others.

The whole idea of this reply is to make Griffin to forget the se olimpics idea http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon10.gif

USA Team:
1. Atrocities (Atrocities)
2. geckomlis (Gecko)
3. Mathias_Ice (Mathias Ice)
4. Ragnarok (WarLord Ragnarok)
5. General Woundwort (Woundwort)
6. Rojero (Rojero)
Alternates:
7. Gandalph (Gandalph)

OK, we have six USA players and one spare. Does the Lithuanian team want to expand the game to 7 players per team?

Breakable,
Thanks for the input.
What there is - A spreadsheet on my local system
What there should be - Is probably beyond the scope of possilbe
What there will be - Is up to everyone

If the Team Lithuania would like to take on a single team as originaly profered they are more than welcome.
I intend to do my best to follow through. On Pablo's request I will start a new thread and GM a game between Team Lithuania and the first team of its choise.
Everyone who would like to discuss this privately is welcome to email me at:

Thanks again for your input.

ok, so SE Olympics is probably another tournament and I would like to get back to our LT vs. other country game. Our opponent team is USA or Canada? Gryphin, start a game and we will join in. I believe you know the game settings for our game (a bit different than SE Olympics). First I think we would like to play 1 game and after that another country's team but not both at the same time.
Edit: we already have 7 players http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif Let's start or there may be more http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon10.gif

I proposing too: Creat "SE4" League, where players team (not only by country), can play by one se4setings, by 1-1. And winers get points and in this way we will know best team.

p.s. sorry for my poor english

Re: not a SEIV Olympics thread anymore

Team Lithuanian

Requirements
The game must be up and running by Saturday 9:00 PM East Coast Time. I leave for a week Sunday morning. I have all day Saturday to work on this.

I have prepared two maps of between 170 and 200 systems each. I used one of FQMs variations on Mid Life.
I am prepared to start a game with the first one with mildly unexpected features and player placement or with the second one with “normal” features and placement of players. I really believe you will like the unexpected nature of the first map.
I will be happy to start one game and see if everyone likes the map. If they do not then I can start the second game.
I may need a volunteer to finish setting up the second game if I run out of time.

Let me know folks

Clearly this is not going to be ready in time.

If anyone wants to take over GM Geo is probably able to reset the password or delete the game.

Enjoy

sorry guys, I was away for the weekend and probably be away for several more weekends too (the day of becoming a father is approaching fast) and maybe even a week off in the beginning-middle of August. That is just the way mother nature has arranged it for me http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon12.gif

The game still needs a few players to login. I think we should wait for Gryphin to return as I believe the map took him quite some time and efforts to create and place players. This would be unfair just to give it to anybody. I personally can't wait to see it (the surprise thing got me jumping) and thanx Gryphin! http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon6.gif

I was going to dig this thread up Last night but forgot. But I have had to withdraw from this game due to RL time constraints. I need to cut back on the amount of games I'm in so I figured I do so in this one before it started so that you all could find someone to play from the beginning. I would've loved to play this game but as mentioned I just cannot at the time being. You all have fun!
