Re: Host delayed again?

Yes, I could not get my turn yesterday, so I'll have to do my turn tomorrow morning (Aus time).

I like Australian beer! Of course I like the beer from many countries. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/image...es/biggrin.gif

and coincidentally I am reading a novel, The Pillars of Earth, by Australian author Ken Follet.

I wonder if Vanheim has dropped from the game? Shin is always last... I understand that, and have no problem with it. But meister miagi usually takes his turn well before this.

And, oh yeah, I like beer too Xietor. Not sure where that came from, but cheers http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif

Vanheim missed a turn, but it looks like that did not help you too much. All of his mages and troops are still scripted.

Vanheim has done his turn early this time. Fear the Gate Keeper!

Thunder Strike!! Now in bottles and cans. Be sure and bring a six pack, twelve pack, or even a case to your next battle. You'll be glad you did.

You can bring your skeleton spamming squads to next battle, that's a good counter to TS http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/image...es/biggrin.gif

Let my People Go!

He was the wizard of a thousand kings

and a chance to meet him one night wondering.

He told me tales and he drank my wine.

Me and my magic man kinda feeling fine.

He had a cloak of gold and eyes of fire.

And as he spoke I felt a deep desire

to free the world of its fear and pain

and help the people to feel free again.

I wonder if there was actually anyone that did not have a scout at Vanheim's capital last turn.

Was not much to see anyway. A few mages and archers v. a few statues. Move along now, patrols are beginning.

A very interesting army moved through Vanheim and the surrounding provinces last turn. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif

We have lots of spectators on our border with Pangaea as well. I killed about 5 spys in 2 provinces last turn. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/smirk.gif

Hats\' Off!

I would like to say good game to meister_miagi. Vanheim was a strong power on the south continent, maybe the strongest. Casting the Forge was a bold play, but in this instance I think it was a bit too early.

In the end poor Vanheim was fighting 1 v 4, and that is not much fun. His Pretender took a fair share of Ermor troops with him though on his way out.

If it is any consolation meister_miagi you may have weakened Ermor to the point that he cannot fight off Caelum.

And the Peaceful People of Pythium are now at peace once again. With the forge gone, the World is a brighter and safer place. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/smile.gif
