<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Ok, above each picture is the gif file name that the server gave David when he uploaded the picture. Click that blue link that is above the image you want to use. It will open a new browser and show you the picture. Copy the URL from the address bar and then put it in the URL bar for your new avatar. Does that help?

Edit: I will help you out a bit more.
Here is the URL you will want to use if you use the first image David made for you.
