Well... I think under these circumstances the NAP is OK to be broken, or disregarded. I've been in some similar situations and people agree.
And I picked the fort with the least defence in it.

No problem with this broken NAP. I justed wanted you to understand that if I didn't publicly say about controlling 6 capitals you wouldn't even think of attacking now and the game would be over this turn. :) But again, no problem.

Yeah, you right about that. But for some reason I was deluded that you had to inform when you capture the 6 capitals, which Slobby corrected me.
