It was a bit of a double whammy. I moved in an army to attack one of Bogarus' that was sieging a fort, he absolutely smashed the army then took the fort to boot. Not a good day for Pythium.

They haven't been very useful, largely as a result of my failure to utilize them properly. I like the surprise though

I think I noticed that. One turn you had a big army, the next, Bogarus had an extra province.

Bummer. I also had some problems when my whole main army wouldn't move for several turns because earth attack spell was cast at it. Well maybe that's not a bug, but still very annoying :D
