Is Kelp Fortress a watchtower and Dark Citadel a mausoleum? That wouldn't leave Atlantis with many options. One to be exact.

Edit: Dark Citadel is definitely not a mausoleum but still curious about the Kelp Fortress.

Edit: Yay, finally found a nation design I like with Atlantis. And with 0 points left over too. I'm gonna upload it but I'll drop out if things get sorted out.

Well it looks like you got everything ready while I was laboring. Its okay that Norfleet bumped me out of Ermor, I'll just find another game, hopefully with fewer vets.

well, you called it first and you can have it if you want it. there are a few vets, but just as many noobs.

Okay, I'll upload a pretender then. If Norfleet will vacate Ermor, I'll play that, else I will upload a pretender for a diffrent nation, probably R'lyeh or Man.
