Anthrax is good at killing things (even after his own death), but I wouldn't bet on Anthrax surviving 15 different encounters. Couple of solid hits from some Tartarian and Anthrax is gone. Hmm... Phoenix Pyre+Regenerate+Banefire of DOOM = teh h4wt, but without the Sandals of the Crane, survival is still a problem. Maybe there's an E1 A1 empowerment involved?
