Arcoscephale, Machaka, Jotunheim, Atlantis and Oceania are still free. Especially a second water nation would not be too bad or R'lyeh will have a very easy live.

Well - if it is going to be 3.02, there is not point in creating a pretender with an earlier version, is there?

Nope, we should wait for the patch (I think 3.03, 3.02 isn't a real patch just a development milestone, but not 100% sure here).

Maybe they changed some pretender costs and then an old pretender would trigger the cheat mechanism.

Yikes.

Just doin' what I was told. I wasn't aware patches affected pretender design, but it makes sense that it would (doh!).

I'll create another pretender if/when the next patch comes out.

I think that pretenders created with 3.01 should work with later patches, there are no changes to pretenders in the change log (yet). Maybe the daemons can see in the dark thing, but as i see it the 3.01 daemons will just see in 3.02.

If it triggers the cheat algorithm, will it trigger it just on turn 1 or every turn? If its just Turn 1 then it wont be too much of a problem (or creates it punishments when it detects "cheat"?). afaik there are no imba pretenders that need a fix.

But after all it look just like its "upload your pretenders on your own risk".

One thing more if 3.02 wont come out then the waiting on 3.03 might take long, then maybe we want to start with 3.01. (or is the Hunter of Heroes so evil?[i like him cause he always kills my enemies])

I just don't like my pretender being killed by HoH on Turn 5. And it happens during test games sometimes.

Argh; I've just discovered that MA C'tis is horribly broken at the current patch level. Can I switch to Arco?

If no one would mind, could I switch to Machaka? I've never tried them and would like to.
