Ludus seems not to be hosting. All players except AI are shown to have completed turns.

I show that Pangaea hasn't completed thier turn when I login to the server. When in doubt always actually log into the game rather than relying on the status webpage.

OK. I see the same thing. Seems strange though... I would think he would have taken his turn by now. No big deal though. If it's buggy I'm sure it will work out over the weekend.

I'm just antsy because we have a big war going on.

Sounds like "Quit without saving". Do you use the --makecheck thing?
