Someone has posted a pretender for a nation called Chelms. What is that? Did we finally allow modded nations?

This might be a stupid question but this is the first time I play under victory conditions so... how can I tell which provinces give out VP and how many do they offer?

Chelms is the late age kingdom of Man. The server names it that for some reason and I'm not sure why. Don't fret, its not a mod.

Yeah, it's because the files are called late_chelms.2h/late_chelms.trn, so I figured Chelms was the proper name for the nation.
