If you want SEIV merch... print your own. Many modern printers can print onto special paper which can then be ironed on to T-shirts. I have some Viking designs I really ought to get round to printing...

Has anyone ever been to Cafepress? The could make most of these things you're talking about, and Shrapnel could sell them through Cafepress (with the exception of the merchandise it currently sells through gamersfront), or gamersfront could use cafepress to sell that stuff itself, though that might be somewhat convoluted.
