Re: Victorious Nations/Hall of Honor
Actually, looks like the first post hasn't been updated in since 9/7 - is anyone tracking wins anymore?
|
Re: Victorious Nations/Hall of Honor
Maybe, it's a time to think of restructuring of wins tracking? It was discussed several times and it seems to me it'd more interesting if each game at forums was recorded here and individual statistics was gathered. Yes, it's hard, but probably not so hard as it seems and it will result in more adequate hall of honor.
Moreover, it would be even better if individual stats could be handled in each user's profile. Am I a dreamer?;) |
Re: Victorious Nations/Hall of Honor
Hall updated, apologies for absence, RL has been just one gawdang thing after another for months now.
Revolution/Sum1lost - What's up with two posts for Corruption? Two games with same name? I'll fix up the HoF after we get that sorted out. |
Re: Victorious Nations/Hall of Honor
The game that Sum1lost won was called EmpiresRising. I would guess that he was probably copy pasting me for the layout and just forgot to change the game name or something.

Update
Hall updated. Nations without wins listed as zeros, more spelling errors corrected (thnx Ich).
DeadlyMeadley2 was 12 players, not 10, which puts YT in the HoF. Atlantis is the only three era nation without a win in any era. |
Re: Victorious Nations/Hall of Honor
Tyrant, maybe you could go through Hall of Honor and update Hall of Fame, they seem out of synch. Two things I noticed: Jazzepi has 3 victories in Hall of Honor, but is listed with 2 in Hall of Fame; Kadelake with 3 victories is not listed in the Hall of Fame at all. There is probably more I didn't notice.
|
Re: Victorious Nations/Hall of Honor
Right you are, changed! I thank you for the editing, i pretty much rely on people to give me a heads up on the HoF and i think that Jazz has been wrong since i first put it up. I should spreadsheet the whole thing one of these days.

Sounds like you were playing solitaire - a player staled, uh, 18 times? Did anyone ever respond to your declaration the game was over? :)

hmm, that's true - no one responded. Game still technically in contention, it would seem.

Re: Victorious Nations/Hall of Honor

The game was technically complete over a month ago, with Vanheim's dominance already solidified. That player who staled 18 times was Dedas, a quite active MP player, and the host at the time. Didn't say anything, nor set himself to AI. :re: |
Re: Victorious Nations/Hall of Honor
Jim. As an experienced DomIII vet you subbed into an explicitly noob only game, taking over the leading position, and then prevailed against a bunch of staling nations. Sure, subbing in is fine, since they needed someone, but being a vet in a nub game would seem to disqualify this as any sort of real win.
