To Abysia or Bandar Log,

The Jotuns offer a treasure of choice jewels: 30S, 30D and 40N for one thing: vengeance on Pangaeans, so that all may know that treachery on Jotuns carry repercussions. This is also an oppurtunity to gain land alongside a worthy bounty.

The treasure will be paid in installment based on various objective with the the goal of eventual destruction of Pans. A bonus 50 gem on top of the 100 base gem offer above will be paid on complete destruction of Pangaea, all of which will either be in S, D or N gems. Do let us know if you are interested.

I would like to trade for a pair of shoes which are made from earth, the doctor suggested my old warlock friend to wear it. (besides being very old and evil, he is also splay-footed). I offer 20 essences of fire, or fine items of abysian craftsmanship.

This is an interesting contention--if you could see the beach provinces, you'd know we were fighting the armies of Man for them.
We can see Man's capital, as we have had to siege it ourselves to prevent further reinforcements from assaulting us.

The Unending Waters are however *still* willing to withdraw from it, granting you the capital, whilst we secure our beaches once more.
You have this turn to maintain the siege; any further pretense to our small waterfront property will gain you only war.

As a minor diplomatic note: The Still Waves claim only those western beaches--the others of the world need not worry.

The conditions have changed since the time we offered this bounty months ago when we need aid most, Pan's army have been destroyed if you look at the score graph in these past months.

We would still offer 50 gems in random combinations of S/D/N for:

Capture of 3 forest provinces in the bottom right corner including capture of Pan's capital (somewhere in the forest or in (2)).

We've done the hard work of wiping out their current army, and you have a choice to be paid to expand your empire (including a capital with 5N income) at this point, a win-win situation.

We would also require a NAP 5 should you wish to take advantage of the offer.

Hi,
I will not be able to play from sunday morning to monday evening (+1 GMT), so I will maybe need an extension of time, depending on when everybody will play at the end of the weekend...

In addition I would like to point that the power of the black sorcerers is growing very fast. Please pay attention to them right now when they only have weak spiders to defend themselves.

@Earcaraxe : I will for sure be able to build any earth item soon. But I do not care about fire gems. Maybe the same amount of astral ones ?

And finally @Grijalva : What do you want of the remnants of Ermor ?

@Vanheim: If you try to pick your nose too far, you will eventually end up blood in your hands. ;) I'm not up for war since we only share one border province.

@Ermor: You're army is getting weak, are you able to defend yourself? If not, consider our NAP3 broken starting from turn 22.

Vanheim,

Monkeys can be very unscrupulous diplomats, especially during the Banana Festival, the Banana Olympics, the Banana Special Olympics and so on... so your message was lost in all the poo-slinging and such, but no hard feelings about the fight :)

The Vanherse may settle in the Black Hills (129) and the Wood of Shadows (110) while the Monkey Army shall crush a petty group of Ermorian mages who think they are kings because they can summon an army of brittle undead on the Shores of Peace (105).

Also the Ermor-occupied Wymarech Mountains (112) are vital to Monkey-security and thus shall shortly be overrun by...monkeys

Re: MA game: Great Forum, game running

To the world,

The Jarls of Jotun have entered into it's final phase of enacting vengeance against the treacherous Ulm and Pan. We annouce the Bloodfeud, that we shall bring our enemies into the twilight of history with us at all cost, so that all may know in future incarnations that trifling with us carries a heavy price.

We have held on against the onslaught of Ulm and Pan, yet the vast wastelands we call home cannot possibly support us for much longer. We can continue to hold to our defenses for now, though it is a matter of time before our fall.

To Vanheim,

We wish to make you an offer akin to those we gave to Abysia but on a far larger scale: Declare war and aid us in destroying Ulm, and we shall hand over our lands including our capital to you without a fight. We will also gift you with half of all our gems and equipment stock, which is very significant. All of these are yours upon the utter destruction of Ulm. With our help, you should fare well against Ulm, and not only would you gain his lands, but ours as well at the cost of a single campaign with our aid. We further note that Ulm isn't all that strong, neither Pan or them alone would have posed a threat, together Pan and Ulm does exceed our ability to overcome with our poor wastelands.

Finally as Ulm is situated in a corner and given your position, Ulm is certain to be a headache to you if they are allowed to live and expand down to the Eastern edge of the map (Enveloping you on the East with no one at his back).

Should you agree, we shall disclose more information on your request.

To Abysia,

Upon the destruction of Ulm and Pan, we will gift you with the other half of all our gems and equipment, which is far greater then the 50 gems you will get now. We will also gift you with the lands south of the wasteland to you (the larger north including our capital goes to Vanheim if they decide to aid us in our bloodfeud).

Should our offer to Van work out, we can offer more information.

To Any other neighbors of Ulm,

As we are not aware of any other neighbor of Ulm or their locations, we have not factor in an offer for your aid. Do contact us immediately so that I can amend my offer to Vanheim to include you.

To all (except Ermor):

Bandar Log is willing to trade our Dgems for any Sgems that may be floating around out there (25+gems on a 1to1 ratio).

To Vanhiem:

If you should be willing to take Jotun's offer and attack Ulm, the Monkey Council is bananas about offering you an NAP5 or more with the aims of securing our flanks and promoting peace in the northern-mountains.

Also, could you please finish Ermor swiftly? Markatas will be pouring into his other fort this month and monkeys everywhere would rejoice if Ermor's dominion disappeared as quickly as possible. :)

@Bandar Log
I am going to destroy the rest of Ermor as quickly as possible (two, maybe three months max, depending on the siege).
I would like to maintain peace with you too.
I am interested in trading your death gems. I send you this month (well, tonight) the astral pearls I get (20-30 ?).

@Machaka
I am sorry that uncontrolled scouts are coming into your territory. I will hang the next one (or send a better one ?).

@Everybody
I am very lucky to find water gems everywhere, which I love, but do not use at all (This is for jellyfish I guess). If anyone wants some at a better than alchemy rate...

Oh dear. This is troubling. And saddening! The Star Children were just beginning to enjoy their sand-castles. I suppose they'll have more sand now, at least.

To clarify, however-- the Krakens are free, quite free. As are their sea troll companions.
The fun I was referring to was of the most sarcastic kind: I've been attacked ostensibly by what amounts to over 100 water gems worth of teleporting armies, complete with mage support. (From the beginning of the game.)

This in addition to the map creator's especial fetish for krakens, triton troopers, and other stealthy magical surprises in independent provinces.

Not that this will prevent us from delivering a most delicious tea to our un-kraken neighbors.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

To Abysia, care of Ozzy:

It would appear that there is to be a particularly high-pitch squealing on the Goblin side of your port-- The Rippled Sea would like to cordially invite you to attend.
There is a Victory Point that we do not particularly care for, in addition to other delicious fortressy treats.

Provided you are not already busy with the hordes of naked women! *cuteface*
'Tis only an invitation, we would not be miffed if you declined.

Ah but when I don't attack you, I attack them as my only other neighbour instead. When you're dealt with however, I can freely march over ermor, or whoever is bordering you to the east... maybe even together with abysia? and they won't ever need to wet their flamboyant feet!
