what about these setings? Im more interested about RP aspect of this game, what is special rules for this?

The problem with the new point generation abilities is that they do NOT show up anywhere in-game. You have no idea how much they are making or losing in total. Your resource stockpiles change correctly each turn, but the empire status screen does not record their production.
