I thought he did something, because the server hosted. I've downloaded my turn and done it, but now I can't connect to send it.

Yeap, same here.

By the way, while the server was up, the timer was set to 48h, not 72h. But at this moment the server is down again.

Baalz, could you please be so kind to remind Velusion about 72h timer when you will tell him that the server is down again?

Thanks a lot!

For those who haven't seen the turn yet - this was even more violent than the previous one, as unlikely as it sounds. About 60 battles total for me.

Fomoria has launched massive teleportation attack with their Kings, as I had expected. Mictlan is increasing the preasure on my borders even more.

There were at least 4 major battles this turn.

As I suspected, I am beginning to lose provinces once again, now that Fomoria has thrown its formidiable might on the scales of war. Unfortunately I've lost several large battles this turn, as well as another castle to Mictlan's assault. On the positive side I have managed to deal significant losses to my opponents in the process. I also have conquered Mictlan's capital, as well as broke the siege on my own.

Overall the game world looks like the hell completely broke lose, with mighty armies crashing all over the map. Next few turns should be very exciting.

Fortunately, I'm unable to download the turn and see exactly how much of a disaster this half-staled turn was. From the fact I lost my capital, I'm guessing the reinforcements didn't teleport in as planned.

Actually you won three large battles and you have managed to kill my pretender. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/mad.gif So the turn worked out quite well for you.

I've got the files if anybody wants to volunteer to host just let me know where to send them.

Re: New turn

I posted this as well in the Fallacy game thread. If you do happen to find some one to host your game, perhaps they could host fallacy as well.

Re: New turn

Gandalf and lch both volunteered to host Fallacy, so you might ask either of them if they could also host this game.

I've contacted Gandalf.

He has kindly agree to host our game for us.

Here is a quote from his reply:

It was on 48 hour hosting?

You might have the players consider it to be a "test" rise of the game for a couple of turns in case I got something wrong. If anything turns up as a problem then the zip file can always be used to reconstruct it again or with someone else.

It sounds to me as if Gandalf may already got game files from one of us. I am at work at this moment, so I can't test if the game is already running or not at the ip/port he speciified. If not, perhaps someone could sent him needed files?

Anyway this certainly are good news. Gandalf rocks. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif
