Is it just the connection that's being lost? Or is the server actually down during these times?

I've only had to kick the server one time in the Last few weeks. Every other one of these brief outages was a short ISP glitch.

Having some ISP issues again this morning. Servers fine, we just can't reach it. Should be back up shortly.

I'm having some difficulty with PBW. I just uploaded a turn, and then tried to enter another page on the PBW site....and nothing happened. There was no error message or anything, but it would not give me access to anything. It just sat there, doing nothing. I've tried both the text and graphic sites, but they both give me the same thing.
