And please reconsider the large maps. Being eliminated isn't so bad, you can just join another game.

<font size="2" face="sans-serif, arial, verdana">I've waited for slow paced game for so long - and I dont see the point in being eliminated randomly in an instance. Therefore I vote for a map bigger than Urgaia...any map with around 10-20 provinces per player would be fine for me...

<font size="2" face="sans-serif, arial, verdana">I'd like to express a more useful preference, but I don't know the maps well enough (I've only played on three of them). I'm quite happy with a small map, just not quite as small as Urgaia!

So, this leaves three spots open. Cheezeninja, KroolDeath and littlemute all announced interest in the beginning of the thread. What's your preferred nations?

Unclaimed nations are: Atlantis, Pythium and Jotunheim.

Since it looks like we use Karan, my suggested VP spread: 15 vps for victory, capital vp, 10 1-vp-provinces, 5 2-vp-provinces, 2 3-vp-provinces.

Maybe cut down to 12 vps for victory. I like hotspots. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif

<font size="2" face="sans-serif, arial, verdana">We cannot make 2 and 3-vp provinces http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon9.gif

So the closet we can get to your suggestion is 25VP (the max!)+captital VP (11--14extra). That's close to 40 VP. So 12--15 victory points to win seems reasonable to me. Any other comment? Otherwise I'll roll a D4 and add it to 11 to get the number victory points to win http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon10.gif

I've sent private Messages to the players you mentioned, asking them to pick a nation if they wish.

is there still room for another player here?

I am interested as well, however only if we go for a small map. Urgaia in particularly sounds fun with this many players http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif

<font size="2" face="sans-serif, arial, verdana">14 on Urgaia certainly sounds interesting, and also insane, but fun? http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon12.gif Bloody as well, and ill luck for anyone starting next to Ulm or Jotunheim - really steamroller / rusher heaven for a couple of nations.

Still, it'd definately be a change of pace.
