I just bought the game because of Stardock's coupon. Been looking for quite a while but just couldn't see paying $60 for a game no matter how good. The coupon pushed me over the edge. Got an email today that it has shipped. Also got an email today from Shrapnel offering me 20% off GalCivII. Thought that was pretty funny.

Yeah, I've been playing the demo, and just bought it yesterday, after debating the cost of the software, vs the graphics, and playability has won yet again.

I've yet to touch the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the depth of play and strategy.

I can't wait for the manual.
