Well if it's been a generous amount of time, then you can either look for a sub, or just start.

I counted 7 water provinces, which leaves 68 land provinces to be divided up by 4 land players, an average of 17 per player. While that makes a land player like me happy, I'm not sure if that's good for the water player.

I'm not in any hurry to start this game, if you want to recruit someone else. But, of course, I have no objections to starting now either.

Psi soldier used the wrong mod while creating the pretender. I don't know what changes the game might did to him.

Do we need to restart to waiting pretenders?

Game reseted. Resend pretenders.
But make sure you are using the mods while you create your pretender.

Oops, please ignore all the false "Procyon started" messages. It turns out there is a glitch with restarting multi-age games, which I will look into. Anyway, I've un-started the game now, and presumably Torin will start it again properly once Psi-soldier has resent his pretender.
