Truly the end times are upon us! I spend 100 pearls on a Wish, and I don't even get to meet a lesser horror, never mind Kurgi or something fun like that. But my Vitriol Lion summoner gets eaten for burning off a couple water gems.

Btw, maybe we postpone hosting by 24 hours? With corruption up, there's much to consider, and lots of micro with scripting mages etc.

sorry for the delays - trying to deal w/ things, and it doesn't make any sense to sub out the position. Hopefully I should be able to get back into it after this turn and we can go back to a regular(ish) pace.

It's fine as long as you are sending yourself emails or PMs requesting the delays. I suppose you could also ask yourself for a delay on IRC. ;)

But if you are tied up IRL why don't you just add a few days to the timer, and everyone can go away and do stuff, and then come back and hey presto, new turn.

Don't forget to PM yourself though!

heh yah sorry - i keep thinking that if i give myself a few hours I'll be able to come to it and get the whole turn done like that!

but then it's still the same situation and I hurriedly add a few more hours to it :(

ok, I added 18hrs to the timer, which will give me tomorrow morning to do the damn thing. if I can't get to the turn, it'll just host.

The problem is Jomon has far too many provinces and castles. Just give some to TC and it will make your turns go faster. :)

Games on maps this size should have victory conditions other than "kill everyone", I think.

Oh, and while we are at it.
Since everyone is either actively helping Jomon to win or just waiting for it to happen, I suggest we call it a game. Endgame is rather tedious, especially with AC up, and with no real competition its not fun either.

TC is willing to be declared a full-blown subsidiary of the Jomonese empire. We welcome our overlord oppressors with candies and flowers and all the virgins we saved up to cast AC with, but never got a chance to, because Mictlan beat us to it.

Who wants to siege 87 forts, or however many castles Jomon has? :P
