Thats premature, Lingchih. Atlantis just took a severe blow but they arent dead as far as I can see. Has any atlantis fort been stormed? Has his cap?

Heh, Atlantis has had war declared on it by pretty much every nation in the game simultaneously, Atlantis was undeniably walking dead at that point....

Yeah, I know that you are pretty much toast. But I thought it was a bit much for a nation other than yourself to just unilaterly announce that.
