<font size="2" face="sans-serif, arial, verdana">Uhm...yeah. Can you elaborate why, exactly, you need to mail an actual certificate to us in order to purchase something from a webshop? How exactly does this work? Isn't the usual method of how this works that you tell us some sort of number?
