Ah I see now. I thought perhaps we were dealing with an alternate spelling of the same word. We've had that happen before. We could have simplified this and simply gone with "special forces" which covers all the various branches but it looks like someone at some point decided that "Sayeret" sounded more "authentic" and went with that. One of the early contributors to that OOB was in the IDF so perhaps it came from him.

So yes, all the "special Forces" are merged under those three formations in the Israeli OOB.
