Re: Turn 33
Turn 33 is out.
Deadline is Monday at 9pm Boston Time. Pasha |
The Moloch, he is dead!
A small eulogy for a worthy foe:
Rest in peace, Ygorl the Moloch, you deserved to die a lot sooner. Soon, after a Wyrmly digestive cycle you'll be but a pile of turd, that you always were: some things never change! Wyrm eats Moloch, shark eats bear, I beat you, the cycle of nature goes forever on. Momma Pasha, you wanna be next? All of a sudden a place on the menu freed up; no more can you hide behind the glorified bat with your taunts and insults. |
Re: The Moloch, he is dead!
I guess you teleported in at the last second, eh?
Too bad; now I won't get to wear the Wyrm-busting gear that I built this turn! Ah, well... And, I expect you'll be dominion-killing me? That would make the cycle you mention especially poetic... |
Turn 34
Greetings All:
Turn 34 is out. Deadline is Tuesday at 9pm Boston Time. Pasha |

No no no, it's Pan who is toxic filth, invading my peace loving lands and bringing war to a non-violent race of spider worshippers.
What precipated this act of aggression? http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/mad.gif All of my spider lovers are tending their wounds, planning violent dreams of reveng on the "holier than thou" white horsies, who think they are unstoppable. Once Fortu returns to the battlefield, WATCH OUT, because he's pissed!!! http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/evil.gif (And if Pan mentions something about me starting this war, he's making that up... would I lie to you all?? http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/shock.gif ) |

Re: The Moloch, he is dead!
Oh no! Maestro Jurri has enslaved the mind of Machaka! How terrible. I don't know what delusion he has cast on you, Shmonk, but no doubt he has concealed his claws behind an illusion of Pan Aggression as his fingers wrap around your undefended throat and his facial tentacles casually extend toward your ears. Cast off his wicked dream, Shmonk! He's gonna suck out your brain!
|
Machaka the Squidie minion.
Quote:
War is a terrible thing Machaka! I know you attacked me because you knew I am by far the weakest prey in this game. You are a predator looking for the old and sick. I got lucky in one battle and now you are talking up my handful of valiant, pure of heart, quite old and fragile White centaurs. Are you doing this so your master, R'lyeh, can go about his evil ways while people are afraid of a phantom in the south? A hamfisted attempt at slander if ever I saw it. I hope Fortu comes back soon and sees the errors of his misguided life, and we can all dance and frolick in your lands. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/image...es/biggrin.gif |
Re: Machaka the Squidie minion.
I'm sickened by the propaganda of plump Pasha Mama and his buddy Steerpike-a-little dittle, fanboy extraordinaire of the "northerners". In no way shape or form am I the puppet or mouthpiece of the hated "non-land" dwellers. As we all know, spiders and water don't mix, let alone spiders and squids. I am an individual, and not being led by anyone (or anything, for that matter).
In Fortu's finite wisdom (not infinite) seeing the water mongers tackling the weak Ulmites, he thought to follow suit by "tentatively" looking at Pan, who came out of nowhere and is now taking over my lushless lands. We are saddened by this shameful act of war. And slander does not enter into this picture in any way. Retaliation, YES, that DOES come into PLAY here. Fortu cometh, prepare to meet thy end. |
Re: Machaka the Squidie minion.
"Weak?!?" "WEAK!?!?!?!?"
We hold off the combined might of two nations for three years and we are weak?! Wet ones, give me just six months to show those spider-huggers what "weak" really looks like... |
Re: Machaka the Squidie minion.
Perhaps, you should forgive him, Ygorl... Jurri's probably sucked out most of his brain by now... Hmmmm... he probably walks with only 3 out of 8 legs now, too. How distressing for the rest of us!
Another example of the evil of the Wicked Weener and his Water Foul Puppet Master. |
Re: Machaka the Squidie minion.
Quote:
As for you "tentative" attack? A declaration of war isnt very tentative http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif And I dont understand this "a-little-dittle" we Panii are reknowned for our excessively large dittles! Thats why the ladies Love us so. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/image...ies/tongue.gif I hope Fortu can back up this revenge business for his sake. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/mad.gif |
Minions and mice
Paashaa... You blasted inbred whore of a *****! I'm going to need to use an extra thin straw to suck your brains out. Even then I fear the pleasure will be a short one.
I think it's clear to all that the only puppet here is Pangaea: Why else would he choose to let the Fat Witch of the West live another day and instead opt to slaughter some harmless bystanders in a senseless act of maniacal rage? I don't know what dark secrets hold him in your thrall, but I hope to find out before it's too late: I can't believe Chuck to be rotten to the core. |
Just get It On!
Water Foul this...Blah, Blah,Blah. Puppets That... Blah, Blah,Blah. I see a lot of trash talking and not a lot of action. You Ladies are neighbours now why dont you back up this talk!
And leave the Adults to resolve our differences in a spirit of cooperation as evidenced by Fortu and myself. Or perhaps all this hate talk hides an alliance between the Mama and the Squid?? |
Re: Just get It On!
I knew it, you'd see my comment and find the 1 species of spiders that likes water, out of the hundreds that don't. We spiders/scorpions are so misunderstood. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/rant.gif
Ulm, bring it on, let the water foul give you a "last fighting" chance and come down south and say that to me. You are weaker, I'll outlast you at least. So thus, you are weaker than I am (and your excuse of getting ganged up on by 2 water nations doesn't hold water). Okay, that might have been tough, but I probably could have done the same thing (okay, maybe not, but I didn't have the chance to prove it, so I will say that I can). Beware, Fortu cometh! And if you wait 1 more turn, Mr Steer-harpy-loving-pikemeister, you'll find out for sure. I ask you - nay, DEMAND - you hold off on any further advance into my lands, or suffer his chastising of your little horse-men (he may have to put a few over his knees, and he has 6 of those, and might cause your "army" to scatter in fear). http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/image...ies/tongue.gif I mean, c'mon, half horse half man, how sick is that, what goes on in Pan's forests over there? Yuck! http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/shock.gif |
Turn 35
Turn 35 is out.
Deadline is Wednesday at 9pm Boston Time. Pasha |
Re: Turn 35
Shmonk , Unless you tried it you can't comment, ok.
Fortu is a bad, bad scorpion King! The question is how many Afflictions will he have when he comes back? He could be blind or feeblemind! Perhaps you should save your boasting till after you triumph. And for your information ALL my troops like a good spanking and if you single out my centaurs for such treatment, you will cause a lot of resentment amongst all the others. Be fair, you have enough legs to go round! Pike |
Re: Turn 35
he could be blind, feebleminded, crippled, lost both arms and have a chest wound. THAT would be nasty.
|
Re: Turn 35
Sounds like Weener the Dagon to me!
|
Re: Turn 36
Turn 36 is out.
Deadline is Thursday at 9pm Boston Time. Pasha |
Re: Turn 35
Actually, I'm thinking Fortu will not only return affliction free, he'll actually have gained power during his banishment. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/image...es/biggrin.gif
|
Re: Turn 35
Woohoo! Ygorl's finally and irrevocably gone! *Slithers about in excitation* Let's all dance on his grave and make fun of his flappy wings and poor taste in fashion (I mean, mains gauches are so... gauche. And two of them? Yuk.)
Thanks for the game, man! I kinda expected a quick victory, but no, you had to go and put up a struggle. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif |
Re: Turn 35
Thanks all! It was fun.
I wonder what happened to all my crossbowmen, Lamias, and Devils? |
Re: Turn 35
Alas, poor Ygorl.
He put up the good fight though, outstanding resistance. Fortu wishes he could shine Ygorls boots, hmmmph. Ygorl withstood the two most powerful nations in this game for 8 or more turns. You have folded like a deck of cards to one of the weakest of military nations in the Game. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/wink.gif Well you get your pretender back this turn so, maybe the worm will turn. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif Pike |
Re: Turn 35
since when am i one of the 2 strongest nations? i think i hear the sound of pike trying (once again) to make people hate us water dwellers.
|
Re: Turn 35
Shovah, you have dispatched Ygorl the great! Rejoice in your power! I dont hate you water dwellers, that is Pasha Mamas particular bent.
Myself? I have been descibed as a minion and a puppet by the likes of you and Jurri. I am indeed the lowest of the low. Fortu thought I was an easy kill, and maybe he is right. However I have only attacked when I have been attacked (save for Caelum who was just begging to be annexed). At the moment its all up in the air, who knows maybe you, shovah, will find this an opportune time to break your pact with Jurri. We land lubbers are mighty ill equiped to invade water provinces. Save for Jotun perhaps. Pike |
Re: Turn 35
I know what you mean, since when is Pan one of the weakest military nations?!?
I think Steerpike is saying that because you 2 were the first to go to war with somebody (Ulm). Thus you are the 2 strongest nations. I'm surprised Jotunheim is not upset by that statement. Or even Pasha Mama. So who took out Caelum, wouldn't they be considered the greatest nation since they were the first to conquer someone else? And I think "folded like a deck of cards" is not quite accurate. Maybe "took 1 step forward and 3 steps back" is a better analogy. I'm down, but not out. Yet. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/laugh.gif |
Re: Turn 35
well actually i did very little in the taking out of ulm, my initial (pathetic) advance was halted and from then on i didnt do too much. I'd definitely say jotun ranks among the top, he has large amounts of amazons, vine ogres, devils, giants, thugs and a couple of neifel guys aswell as plenty of versatile mages (national and otherwise)

Re: Turn 36
Turn 36 is out.
Deadline is Friday, Boston Time 9 pee em. Pasha |
Re: Turn 37
Oops. I mean turn 37.
|
Re: Turn 38
Turn 38 is out.
Deadline is Saturday at 9 pm Boston Time. AHSAP |
Re: Turn 38
sorry for holding 37 up.
|
Re: Turn 38
Well, I tips me lid to you Fortu. You were true to your word and were indeed an A class thug. I cant beleive you had no afflictions. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/frown.gif
Pike |
Fortu kicks butt!
Darn tootin' straight he's a class A thug. No afflictions, just like I predicted (hoped for, more like it). Then he goes thru your army like butter... okay, maybe not like a hot knife, but destruction was dealt out, a lot. Then he hit the 50 turn limit and retreated into enemy territory to die a horrible death (dummy, he didn't listen to me). Heck, just watching that battle I saw him get 1 experience star halfway thru.
So, I was down briefly, but as you can see I'm not quite out. Just wait until round 3. Da pain, da pain!! That's what your satyrs will be saying. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/laugh.gif My predictions for afflictions? I bet 1, hopefully not 2. <crosses fingers> |
Re: Fortu kicks butt!
lol, unlucky about retreating.
|
Re: Fortu kicks butt!
10 gems say Fortu will have no afflictions at all upon returning! Any takers?
He's a mean sonuvagun, that ol' Fortu is. |
Re: Fortu kicks butt!
Sry about the delay in turn 38. I was sure I had sent it ages ago. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/frown.gif
Pike |
Turn 39
Turn 39 is out.
Deadline is 9pm Sunday Boston time. Pasha |
Re: Turn 41
Turn 41 is out.
Sorry. I had accidentally sent out the turn previously before hosting. So, I have sent it again (this time after hosting). Deadline is Tuesday at 9pm Boston Time. Pasha |
Re: Turn 41
Fortu is back! Well the reports of your quick demise have been greatly exagerated Shmonk. I wonder if the big guy is affliction free.
This thread has been pretty quiet for a while, I would say the tension is building. |
Re: Turn 41
I shall be gone from late friday afternoon until wednesday afternoon, sorry for the inconvenience.
|
Re: Turn 41
Shovah:
Hmmmm... sounds like you, as a redcoat, are planning to cause us problems on this side of the Pond as we celebrate our Independence from the tyranny of King George III. (We have a long weekend because of July 4th). Pasha |
Re: Turn 41
Poor old George III, if it wasnt for Porphyria's disease perhaps you damn colonials may have accepted the rule of King and Country!!!!
Your president seems to be a monarch in power, at least he has only two terms to muck things up! Wish he had some real opposition besides the press though http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/frown.gif Pike |
Re: Turn 41
I'm in deep thought, planning my comback into minor-powerhood. I plan to be a BIG thorn in someone's side now. Big, festering, pus-creating, painful thorn... with barbs that cause even MORE pain when attempting to extract. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/evil.gif http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/evil.gif muwhahahaha
(Hmm, if I put my pawn here, move my bishop over, nope, move my ROOK over there, then place my knight right about... ) |
Foreshadowing the death of a lardbutt
I have to echo Pike: no news is bad news. What are y'all preparing that's so hush-hush? Me, I have a doomsday weapon in the works, one that will finally put down a certain tubby girl and her Pannish pegpoy once and for all!
|
Re: Foreshadowing the death of a lardbutt
Sounds nasty Shmonk http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif What have I done to deserve your Ire, has our dance become a bit tiring ?
Jurri I actually had to Google the word 'pegpoy'and all I got was two websites that were in French. Perhaps its some archaic Finish word for mighty warrior or perhaps Sagelike King! I fear your Doomsday weapon and mind controlling monsters! Why doesnt everyone else rise against this most powerful of nations!Alas, My armies have been scattered to the winds by that rascally wabbit Fortu so I will lend moral and logistical support. Also has Pasha Mama lost weight? To only be reffered to as Tubby is like saying The Football World Cup is a modest sporting event! Viva Australia! Robbed by Italy http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/frown.gif Pike |
Turn 43
Turn 43 is out.
Deadline is Thursday at 9pm Boston Time. Pasha |
Re: Foreshadowing the death of a lardbutt
Dear Water Foul:
We are glad to hear that your doomsday weapon is only "in the works". We've already completed our first generation of doomsday weapons and are already targeting them for the maximum effect for flushing you back into the Sea. Don't forget how to breathe underwater. You'll need it. Pasha Mama |
Re: Foreshadowing the death of a lardbutt
I also may or may not have a doomsday weapon but shall remain silent for the moment. Also does this mean i am safe from your weapon having only 2 land provinces?
ps: jotun, those ictyids your building on your coast are rather threatening. |
