We have had a player drop out of rated game IV. Whats the deal with people pulling out?

<font size="2" face="sans-serif, arial, verdana">The site has something on it. Basically, there needs to be a good reason (RL, etc.). If a player is losing, withdraws from the game, and then continues posting around the forum or playing other games, I would be safe in assuming the withdrawel counts as a loss. (as an example)
