I will talk with DrP, I can do 1-3 fast turns for Ulm/Van before he takes over, if it's needed.

It looks as if BL is likely to fall pretty soon after EA Aby goes - I could help with Van/Ulm after I collapse, providing DrP's okay with that.

BL is not as dead as I am, but he's not (I don't think...) sitting on any enemy capitals right now.

So it'd be fine by me if the two of us took over the stale teams position in 3 turns.

After talking with Zeldor I agreed to take over Van/Ulm until DrP was able to. However the state of Van is not what I was led to believe. Its at war with one nation and apparently about to be at war with another? Either way its not a small turn that I can just whip out in 10mins. I'll need a 24hr extension if I'm to muster anything like a proper defense.

24h added. I'm not in the game, and other people were saying that they are not at war. Well, it looks like someone decided to take use of their staling after all.

i was fairly sure they weren't at war but now that I check the score graphs again it looks like someone decided to attack them 1turn ago.....

so whatever i said about no wars was true at some point and I guess I got lazy with checking

So I tried sending some PMs out last night to figure out what this team's diplomatic status was but it looks like I am getting the nation-owners mixed up. Can anyone who borders Ulm/Van send me a PM and tell me what your diplo status is towards this team? If I dont hear from people tonight I'll just assume war and fight defensively.

I will turn off quickhost and take some hours from next turn hosting when I get my admin pass working. It will probably happen in the evening and I will set it to host 48h from that moment [thursday evening gmt time]
