Re: A prioritized and hopefully realistic Wish List for 2.13
There's a bug too:
When you capture a BF Ulm capitol you can recruit: Ghoul Guardian Fortune Teller Wolfherd Usually you cannot recuit any unit belonging to another nation if you capture their capitol , except the hidra hatchling of Pythyum because you can find the site elsewhere too. |
Re: A prioritized and hopefully realistic Wish List for 2.13
Cohen, that would go to the bug thread. I noticed it too, but don't think that I remembered to report it.

forgot this too darn it:
22a. A group of Brigands should not be causing unrest in the sea. |
Re: A prioritized and hopefully realistic Wish List for 2.13
It'd be real nice if the menus for selecting a game and choosing a map were sorted in some sane manner.
Right now, they aren't sorted by date of creation or Last use; they aren't sorted alphabetically (which would be easy and good). Instead, if I have a game named 'asdf' it may be at the bottom of the list, while 'asdf2' is at the top, and 'asdf3' in the middle. |

if you wouldn't reanimate you would get much more freespawns . since you can't reanimate the etheral legionaires anyway and don't get them in provinces you reanimate heavy as free spawns anymore this is really not very pleasant http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon9.gif another small "bug" that needs clarification if it is true : cainehill posted in another thread where i asked about cw that a carrion lord should reanimate 1 more carrion beast / turn than a carrion lady but for the carrion lord it gets rounded down and he reanimates the same number than a carrion lady although he has a 1 higher unholy priest level . if it is true it should be fixed too http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif |
Re: A prioritized and hopefully realistic Wish List for 2.13
Hmm, lots of wishes. I'm quite confident many of these will get lost unless they are summarized.
I've heard several of these before, but it's a lot easier to decide what to do when suggestions are summed up in the nice fashion of the first post of this thread. |
Re: A prioritized and hopefully realistic Wish List for 2.13
Boron:
What's wrong with SG reanimation? When you reanimate you use unburied corpses/population/nothing depending on what you reanimate. Freespawning (newer heard the term before http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif ) of dispossessed spirits uses unburied corpses, an is the only freespawning that doesn't need a temple. Apparitions uses pop and other ar free. Thus your reanimation might reduce the effects of your freespawning. When all pop and corpses are gone you will have to reanimate shadows or shades (cant remember which). A temple is also needed to get anythinng at all as there are no corpses to become disposesses spirits. |

i thought they are one of sg's "freespawns" too since you can't get them via reanimation . once i reanimated heavy in my capitol though i noticed that i get fewer to none of them anymore . i remember i read in a thread that the freespawns of ermor don't work correctly . i think norfleet said this or zen so one of the expierienced veterans . i had the same feeling when playing sg ermor . unfortunately i don't find the thread at the moment http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon9.gif |
Re: A prioritized and hopefully realistic Wish List for 2.13
Spectral Legionaires are free, if you have a temple and a fortress. Without the fortress you get shades, ghosts, dispossessed spirits etc (depending on dominion). With a strong dominion you get better spirits and with a fortress you get mainly legionaires.
I'll see what I can find on the matter of disfunctional freespawns. If you find it bump the thread or send me a personal message with a link. |
