If you haven't seen the movie Monsters Inc you probably wouldn't get the reference. The little girl calls that monster KITTY! in the cutest little voice throughout the movie.

EdiT: Nope never saw Monsters Inc. But I guessed the image was from that movie. I was not aware the green monster was refered to as 'Kitty'. lol
