I'm curious about communication options between players outside of the in-game messaging which requires a one turn delay(this could be a problem).

There is the PM option here on the Shrapnel forums and of course this forum.
Is there a chat server people use to arrange ceasefires, NAPs etc?

I always use pm in diploma discussing.

BTW, Shinuyama and Ctis already sign a NAP-3.

Maybe it's not needed (depends when this turn will finish) but so you know I won't be back to home before 23nd November around 1:00 GMT to finish turn 10 (it's actually turn 9)
