Are warp links redundant once you get good engines? I can get anywhere in one, maybe two turns so I don't really see the point of warp links any more..

Phoenix-D: When I got to where I could go on one turn in "real space" I outfitted ram scoops to pick up energy. Used the energy to both build planet and make extra credits....no need for warping around http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon12.gif
