Do you have the original picture used for the primitive avatar (or a link or search tip)? I have tried google, but I can't find it. Have some nice ideas to animate the avatar, but I would need a better quality picture to work from.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">I'm sorry to say that I don't have the original pic any more. But I do remember that I didn't do much if any resizing. (so if you were hoping for a larger pic, the bulk of the pic was a full-body shot of conan, I clipped his face!) It was from the cover of a conan comic I found while searching for "Marvel comics" +conan The page had a whole lot of comic book covers and wallpapers.
