Unless you put the ip in the tools/options. If you did, then it's just that the DNS hasn't gotten around to you yet. If you've got seiv.pbw.cc in RTC tools/options, then you need to get your browser to refresh.

Ok, I just tried using IE to open it and it works fine. But refreshing Mozilla Firebird is still not working. I may have to clear the Cache manually.

Is this problem still going on Narf? When did it start? What browser are you using. Have you tried the graphic and the Text UI's?

i'm not sure when it started, i think i had it with the P&N game to, but it dissapeared after a while. it dissapeared sometime Last night, because i just uploaded the koth turn(please come back, David) and it worked. i opened up 'gameupload', something i should have done sooner and got this 'Cannot execute player command: Filename uploaded was unexpected; expecting: kothnva_0001.plr', which is exactly what it was named.

Hmm, looks like there is some memory problems in PBW server.

Re: One of many threads about PBW outage issues

GeoSchmo,

I am uploading a replacement turn for "Space Empires 101" game on PBW, and I keep getting the following error:

Cannot execute player command: Could not read input: java.io.IOException: Posted content length of 1248344 exceeds limit of 1048576

The actual GAM file is pretty big...could this be the cause? (it's 1219 Kb)...

Help?

Thanks,

Alarik
