Sorry to be the slow member of the herd, but I can't load the game. It says I need "llamaBanner.dm". I loaded the Banners mod referenced at the top. What am I missing?!?

Do you have the llamaBanners mod unpacked in your mod directory? There should be a file called llamaBanners.dm and a directory called llamaBanners with lots of .icon files inside.

I think it should automatically activate the correct mods for each game. Otherwise try activating it under preferences->mod preferences.

You also need CBM (conceptual balance mod) version 1.92 - I take it that worked without problems?

Procyon- Make sure you get the mod llamabanners at http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/showthread.php?t=39989

You might be confusing llamabanners with the original streamers and standards.

The streamers & standards linked off of llamaserver *are* llamabanners, and those are the ones I meant. I'm sorry if that caused any confusion.

I have postponed the 1st turn by an additional day in case people are still having issues. It'll still quickhost though if they don't.

As a comparison, the 16 player anonymous in-game-diplo-only game which I joined just after this one is already on turn 7 or 8 with no stales :D
