<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Normal people don't go around pondering questions like "what is normal?" Well, normality is defined by the equation,

f(x) = (1/(s*sqrt(2pi)))e^(-((x-m)^2)/2s^2)

where s^2 is the variance and m is the mean of x.
This defines a 'normal' or 'Gaussian' distribution which is shaped like the classical bell curve. 'Normal' people are centered about the mean, m, where the distribution is the highest, while weird people are at the extremes where there are only a few individuals. The further away one is from the center, the rarer and weirder one is. The mathematician, Karl Friedrich Gauss, who came up with this, was a weird guy himself, thinking up complex mathematical theorems from the time he was a kid.

Incidentally, nobody who Posts here is normal.
