The OCS gives you a 500k join bonus no strings attached, and is a friendly alliance that looks after its own. We protect our nations, provide aid when necessary (especially to smaller nations) and we have an elaborate but clear system of organisation in place.

I really, really recommend it. From my personal experience, when I was a member of the Protectorate, all I did was collect taxes and buy infrastructure. I had almost nothing else to do with other nations, even of the Protectorate. In the OCS, I got infrastructure aid to help me make the jump past 1k infra, and we're setting up a trade network within the alliance to optimise resource sets. You have never been in an alliance so what do you know? Rules and such.. Don't attack nations in other alliances, good sportsmanship rules, and a generous aid program. Why fear that?

Considering that I'm in the WP right now, saying I've never been in an alliance is an inaccurate statement...at least, it sure seems like an alliance to me?

Also, I have checked out the recruitment pages alliances spam a person with, their rules, etc, and have found them to be more restrictive than I'd like.
